If you love Detroit, adore a good rooftop and are looking for city wedding inspo this Monarch Club wedding is for you!
Matt and Margret like many couples planning a wedding in 2020 had to adjust their plans a little. They had planned a large wedding at the Great Lakes Culinary Center in Nov. Because we could foresee the covid restrictions not being in their favor they decided to downsize their wedding and shift to a more intentional wedding.
When they were looking for a smaller venue, they turned to Detroit; a place they’ve shared so many celebrations and created so many memories. They stumbled across the rooftop at the Monarch Club and knew that was it! The Monarch club is a super swanky cocktail lounge in the heart of the city. It not only has an amazing rooftop view but also an interior that will wow all of your guests. Their Monarch Club wedding was such an amazing reflection of them.
Our day started with a first look at the DIA, then we headed to the Fisher Building after that we made our way to the Monarch club to set up for the ceremony. Surrounded by their closest friends and family Margret and Matt said their I do’s; in the place where their love story started. I cannot think of a happier start to the rest of their lives together.
